Call of Duty: Vanguard is the 18th installment in the entire Call of Duty franchise. With an established and loyal fan base, the developers, Activision, are continually working to keep fans happy with more content and game modes while also trying to get new players hooked on the popular first-person shooter. Activision has announced that they will launch a Free Access event in Call of Duty: Vanguard.

The Free Access event will be for multiplayer mode and starts on May 18th, from 1 PM ET/ 10 AM PT, and will last for a week until May 24th at 12 PM ET/ 9 AM PT. Anyone can get free access to Vanguards multiplayer mode across all platforms (PC, Xbox, PlayStation) during this event. Activision also announced that this free event will feature all the maps and modes. This will include Season 3’s new Mayhem map, Vanguard’s Large Scale Arms Race objective, the Ship Haus playlist, and more.

When it comes to Season 3 of Call of Duty: Vanguard, we see a new battle pass to level through, as well as Godzilla and Kong skins and a new trophy system. A recent update also made some changes to the Vanguards combat pacing. The developers feel this will improve the variety of maps in the rotation. And it’s all included in this week-only free access multiplayer event.

So if you’ve ever wondered about the hype surrounding Call of Duty but never took the plunge – now’s the time to experience the game for free. After this event, you may just become a die-hard Call of Duty fan. Also, be sure you don’t miss out on the exciting new details for Call of Duty: Project Aurora.

Born and raised in South Africa I am the mother of two busy kids and one loving husband. Since leaving school I immediately started working and have been involved in many different industries where I learned a wide range of skills. Some of my skills range from marketing to management and even teaching special needs children, particularly those with severe developmental delays. I am a self-proclaimed holiday nut, taking any chance I can get to decorate and celebrate major holidays such as Easter, Halloween and Christmas, often planning these months in advance! I have a wide range of passions that I persue (as often as I can) such as reading, writing, bonsai, crafting, creating natural beauty products, listening to music and playing games (prefered platforms being PC and Xbox).
